The employees were extremely nice and provided excellent service.
Our experience was marred by several issues. The food selection was disappointing, and we faced a frustrating incident with a burst pipe in our room. Additionally, the golf cart, which we relied on to get around the island, broke down twice, and the staff's dismissive attitude left us feeling ignored.

perfectly positioned for easy strolls and culinary delights
my stay was fantastic as it was an easy 2-minute walk to the Dunmore Restaurant for amazing meals and a short stroll of just under 1 km to enjoy the charming sights around Dunmore Town, making every exploration delightful.

the blue bar was absolutely dreadfull, lacking any ambience whatsoever. Just sad. Also, charging 15 dollars for water is a disgrace! I almost thought I'd give a good review, until I realized I've stayed in fancier motels. I expected a complimentary drink or something to compensate for these absurdities.

With four teenagers in tow, we loved the spacious rooms and the proximity to the stunning beach. The pool was a hit, especially on the windy days. We enjoyed our meals, particularly the locally-inspired dishes that were surprisingly well-priced for the area.
For dads, it would be great if there were more game options for families.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay! Our cottage garden view was spacious and perfectly fitted for our family. The children loved playing in the game room, which offered a pool table and various board games. The staff were exceptional, with James always ensuring our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious, especially the tropical fruits and homemade pastries. The beach was just steps away, clean, with warm, inviting waters that the kids enjoyed greatly.
Some evening service was slightly slow.

The beachfront location was simply stunning. with seamless access to pristine sands and azure waters. Housekeeping excelled in keeping our suite immaculate, while the restaurant offered delightful local specialties, especially the homemade granola at breakfast. The staff’s attentiveness made every moment special, ensuring our needs were met effortlessly.
While the breakfast spread was appreciated, introducing more variety could elevate the experience further.

excellent staff but breakfast could improve
The staff were extraordinary! They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The garden view from our room was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. Additionally, the beach area was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day. I also appreciated the well-organized towel and chair service from the beach hut.
Breakfast, while decent, felt a bit repetitive after a few days.

The Coral Sands had a relaxing vibe. The beach section was huge, ensuring plenty of space to lounge. I was in Lacaya 55 and loved the ocean view. The recently remodeled decor felt fresh, with a clean, modern design that was pleasing to the eye. Every meal hit the spot, especially dinner on the first night, when they kept the kitchen open just for me. The jerk chicken skewers kept calling me back. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining my room, often timing it right around breakfast. There’s a noticeable effort from the front desk staff to track delays and coordinate accordingly, which I appreciated a lot. The only hiccup I faced was with breakfast— it got monotonous after a few days. Adding some variety could make it more appealing. Overall, I left with a smile, but some areas could still use tweaking.
